Youth Volunteer Form (if under 18 years old)
All of us have been given many gifts which we are called to use. We are to give of our time, talent, and treasures in various ways. To register as a parishioner, complete the HT Parish Registration Census Form and turn in to the parish office.
Meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at Holy Trinity at 6:00PM.
Meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at Holy Trinity at 7:00PM.
Stewardship Council – TBD
A group at each church which meets at least once a year to review things at each church site. They also report any concerns to the Pastor.
Meets to discuss liturgical issues. Meetings are scheduled as needed.
We are so blessed to have dedicated volunteers who help in various ways! We strive to have a safe and fruitful place to get involved. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the parish office to initiate the process. All volunteers who interact with minors are required to complete the Essential 3 (complete a background check, sign a Code of Conduct, and attend a live VIRTUS class) before beginning volunteer service, and update every three years.
Each church has someone who normally plays the organ/keyboard. Liturgical Music
Group takes care of the decorations, etc, at each church.

Meets to discuss faith formation issues. Meetings are scheduled as needed.

We have dedicated staff who help in various ways. We strive to have a work environment which is Christ centered. All employees should have the following filled out before employment. We have the forms that you will need to fill out.
Some of the forms will be the same as the volunteers.
Parishioners interested in using parish facilities should contact the parish office and will need to sign the HT Facility Usage Indemnity Damage Agreement. If fifty or more people are expected to use the facility, you will need to provide the Parish with a Certificate of Insurance naming the Parish and the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, their employees, and all other persons identified in interest therewith, as Additional Insureds under a policy of liability insurance, with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, insuring renter’s liability for damage and injury to person and property arising out of renter’s acts or omissions related in any way to the event. The renter must provide such Certificate to the Parish at least 15 days prior to the event, and agree to insure that its liability insurance policy will be primary in the event of a covered claim or cause of action against Indemnitees. Purchases for the Parish
Please contact the pastor before purchasing anything for the parish. To be reimbursed for pre-approved purchases, please complete and turn in the Money Request Form to the parish office.
